Fission Mailed, Xbox 360 Dies Another Death

I haven't made any blog entries about video games in a while and there is a reason for it. My second Xbox 360 has been overheating (two flashing lights on the left) which if it is any indication from my last system, my Xbox 360 is on its way to a brand new RROD (red ring of death for you noobs).

It is such a dissapointment to me that microsoft with all of its money and technology, can't build a reliable system. I remember reading a report recently that stated "out of every 100 systems produced, 68 will leave the warehouse with a major problem that could lead to serious malfunction within the systems lifespan". Granted this report is dated back during the system's launch but still. That is an extremely high failure rate. The cost to repair and/or replace these systems has far exceeded what the cost would have been if microsoft had decided to spend a little more time in the R&D stage of production. Hell, most companies in the same situation would have completely went out of business. Microsoft, of course, has a lot more money to waste (apparently) and can afford to make unreliable hardware (cough, vista, cough).

I'm no hater, I love my Xbox 360 and Xbox Live (IMO) is way better than the Playstation network. But I have to ask myself, "how much money do I really want to spend on a product I cannot trust?" The day I bought my system I spent over 600 dollars in one fell swoop, buying the games and accessories to go with it so my friends and I could play. If I had spent this much money on anything else and received such bad quality in return I would never buy from that person/company again. But of course now that I have so much (time and money) invested in the damn thing its hard not to.

Even better, I called microsoft recently to inquire about getting a (what they would consider) new Xbox 360. My system is still under warranty so everything went together well. Like last time they are going to send me postage to send my 360 to them in the mail. However unlike last time, they told me I would be responsible for furnishing my own box to ship it in. The nerve, after spending well over fifteen-hundred dollars on Xbox related stuff over the years, they cant spend under 5 dollars for a box? WTF. So my friend and I came up with a funny plan. I don't have a PS3 but a buddy of mine does and he suggested that I ship them my Xbox 360 in a Playstation 3 box. And you know what, I think I will. If anything the guys at the RROD landfill (located next to the Atari E.T. game landfill) will get a laugh out of it.

So yes this has been a complete FISSION MAILED on microsoft's part. I will update you shortly on my progress with my system with pictures and stuff so stay tuned.

Great Tips for Starting Your Own Online Business.

Just like many of you out there who are venturing into the online market, I was overwhelmed with misinformation and the steep learning curve of affiliate marketing when I began trying to make a steady income from my home.
It was hard for me to find good and reliable resources to use when I first started out. To be honest, there is quite a bit of bogus and outdated material being sold. While some of the more popular e-books and info sites still offer valuable information, most of the stuff you find is garbage. That's why I am going to reveal to you some of the best resources available on the web to help you get started building your own online empire. Also at the very bottom of this blog there is a link for a very valuable e-book that I am giving away absolutely free. It's packed full of great information to help get you started.

First lets talk about help. You are going to need plenty of it when you are a noob. We all started out as beginners at some point and it was always great if you could find someone to help guide you and give you support along the way. Below are some of the best places for you to meet other like-minded entrepreneurs who are willing to help you with all of their knowledge and experience.

http://www.warriorforum.com

This is the best place, hands-down, for information on everything related to making profits. This is where the big dogs in online marketing hang out to discuss their business and experiences with one another. The community is extremely friendly and helpful to beginners and registered users are often given deals on merchandise and services that no one else can get.

http://www.websitebabble.com

This is a great forum that I just recently found. It has many wonderful tips for those of you who are wanting to start up your own website. The websites owner also has two other great sites that compliment this site, that are all built around planning, creating, and marketing your own website.

Now lets talk about FREE tools. We all love free stuff right, of course you do. These are some of the best free tools, programs, and websites that I use to help streamline my work.

https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal

This is Google's very own free keyword tool. Use this to find out exactly how a keyword is performing in a google search and how competitive the advertising is for that particular keyword or set of keywords. This tool will be invaluable for affiliate marketers who want to use adwords to market their products.

http://www.clickbank.com/index.html

If you plan on doing any affiliate marketing this is where you will want to go. Clickbank offers hundreds of products for you to market with and most products offer a generous 70 - 80 percent in commissions. The best way to be successful here is to find a product that you realy believe in and try it for yourself. If you enjoy it write a review on the item telling why you loved it so much.

http://roirocket.com

This is an affiliate website like ClickBank. They offer great products and commissions as well as great tools for you to advertise with. The best gift has to be their website analysis program that registered affiliates get to use for FREE. It helps them keep track of all of their websites traffic! A very useful tool to track how your site or ad is doing.

http://www.sitepoint.com

Do you want to skip some steps and jump right into an already established website? If so then check this place out. This is a site where people auction their websites. From starter websites to multi-thousand dollar earning websites, you can find and buy almost any kind of site you want for a price.

http://www.htmlkit.com

This is a great tool for those who want to design or tweak their own web page but don't have a lot of knowledge in html. The HTML KIT makes it easier for you to make your web pages by taking most of the hand-coding out of the process. They offer a free version and a even more functional version if you pay for it.

There are plenty of options when it comes to domain and web hosting so I won't go into detail about them here. Most offer very affordable prices for hosting and domain registration. Just Google it and you will find plenty.

Finally. In my opinion this is probably the best way to get a serious start with your online business. This is the one of the best things you could ever invest your money in. It's the complete package for beginners and established entrepreneurs alike. Site Build It! ("SBI!") is the only, all-in-one, site-brainstorming-and-building-and-hosting-and-marketing, step-by-step system of software tools that delivers thriving, profitable business.
This is the site I have used to help make a decent amount of money in a little over six months. They do more then just provide a domain name and hosting service. They will actually help you build your business. This is super important for you as they actually help your business grow and succeed. Most packages that resemble this have multiple membership levels that can limit your potential and they have high monthly premiums that are not very easy to deal with nowadays. Not with Site Build It. You only pay a one time fee for a package that gives you so much value, that I would say they actually over deliver on everything they promise. This is a serious business venture that does require a little time and effort but it definitely pays off.
Here is the link and thanks for reading. I hope this helps out if your new to network marketing.

http://www.sitesell.com

Here is the link to the free E-book that I mentioned earlier. It will definitely help out in your efforts to grow and succeed in your business and in your life. This is in PDF format so if you need to you can download Adobe Acrobat here to read it.
